2) Data we collect
Bug Chase does not collect, store, or process personal data. The app is designed to work without user accounts and without tracking.
- No user accounts or login
- No analytics SDKs
- No advertising SDKs
- No tracking across apps or websites
- No collection of identifiers (including IDFA)
3) Apple-provided data
Apple may process limited information by default as part of operating the App Store and the iOS platform (for example: download metrics, basic diagnostics, or crash reports). This information is handled by Apple and is not used by Bug Chase for tracking.

4) In-app purchases
Bug Chase offers optional in-app purchases. All in-app purchases unlock additional bug types only.
- Bugs are visual/behavioral variations (for example: different movement, animation, or appearance).
- No subscriptions
- Consumable in-app purchases
- No random rewards / loot boxes
Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive payment details or personal information.
5) Permissions
Bug Chase does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or motion sensors.
6) User-submitted videos & consent
We may invite users to voluntarily share feedback or videos (for example, a video of a cat playing Bug Chase) via external channels such as email or social media.
- Submitting videos or feedback is entirely optional.
- We do not collect or upload videos from within the app.
- By submitting videos or other content, you explicitly grant us permission to publish or repost it and confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content.
- You can withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us at bugchase@e-life.lv.
7) Children
Bug Chase is designed for pets and is typically used under adult supervision. The app does not include communication features and does not collect personal data.
8) Security
Because Bug Chase does not collect personal data, we do not maintain user databases. Any platform-level processing (such as App Store transactions) is handled by Apple.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
