Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to radio applications published by E-Life PRO on Apple iOS/iPadOS and Google Android platforms, collectively referred to as the “Apps”.
E-Life PRO does not operate user accounts and does not directly collect, store, or maintain a database of users' personal profiles on its own servers. However, the Apps use third-party services that may automatically collect or process technical, analytics, advertising, diagnostic, consent, and usage information as described below.
Information Processed by Third-Party Services
The Apps do not ask users to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or account/profile information.
Third-party services integrated into the Apps may process information such as:
- device and app identifiers;
- advertising identifiers, where permitted by platform rules and user settings;
- IP address and related network information;
- device model, operating system version, app version, and language;
- app usage and interaction events;
- advertising interactions and measurement information;
- diagnostic, crash, and performance information;
- consent and privacy choices.
The exact information processed depends on the platform, device settings, region, consent choices, and configuration of the third-party services used by the Apps.
Firebase Analytics
The Apps use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregated app usage, app performance, stability, and feature usage. This information helps us improve the functionality and user experience of the Apps.
Google may process app/device identifiers, usage events, and related technical information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

Google AdMob
The Apps are ad-supported and use Google AdMob to display, manage, and measure advertising.
Google and, depending on configuration and consent choices, its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, IP address, device and network information, and advertising interactions for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement, and personalized advertising where permitted by consent or applicable law.

Consent and Privacy Choices
Where applicable, the Apps use Google's User Messaging Platform and Google Privacy & messaging consent solution to present privacy and consent choices.
Users in regions where consent requirements apply may be shown a privacy message before certain advertising-related processing takes place. Your choices may affect whether personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads are shown.
Where available, privacy choices can be revisited through the privacy or consent settings provided inside the Apps.
Declining consent does not necessarily prevent all processing. Limited processing may still occur where necessary for security, fraud prevention, measurement, basic service delivery, or where another lawful basis applies.

iOS and Android Privacy Controls
Your operating system provides privacy controls that can affect access to identifiers, tracking permissions, and advertising-related features.
On Apple devices, this may include App Tracking Transparency where applicable. See Apple Privacy.
On Android devices, Google provides privacy, advertising, and device-level controls. See Google Privacy.
Local and Cloud-Stored App Data
Preferences and app data, such as favorite radio stations, may be stored locally on your device.
Where supported and enabled, some app data may also be synchronized using platform-provided cloud services, such as Apple's iCloud. E-Life PRO does not operate its own server-side user database for this information. Cloud providers process synchronized data according to their own privacy policies and account settings.
How Information Is Used
Information processed through the Apps or their integrated services may be used to:
- provide and maintain the Apps;
- understand usage and improve features and usability;
- diagnose crashes, bugs, and performance issues;
- serve and measure advertising;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity;
- respect consent and privacy choices;
- meet applicable legal obligations.
Data Sharing
E-Life PRO does not sell users' personal information and does not maintain a user database for sale or independent profiling.
Data may nevertheless be processed or received by third parties when necessary to provide the Apps, including Google analytics and advertising services, and Apple or Google platform services when relevant platform features are used.
Data Retention and Deletion
E-Life PRO does not retain a server-side database of personal user profiles or user-provided personal information.
Local app data can generally be removed by deleting or resetting the App, subject to any information synchronized through platform cloud services. Third-party providers such as Google and Apple determine retention and deletion periods for information they process according to their own policies and user controls.

Children's Privacy
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable local law.
E-Life PRO does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to E-Life PRO, please contact radio@e-life.lv.
International Data Processing
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe how they handle international transfers and applicable safeguards.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests concerning information controlled directly by Google, Apple, radio stations, or other third parties may need to be submitted to those providers. For matters concerning information directly controlled by E-Life PRO, contact radio@e-life.lv.
Legal Notice
All product names, logos, trademarks, radio station names, and brands are the property of their respective owners. Their use in the Apps is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
E-Life PRO does not host radio audio streams. The Apps provide access to publicly available third-party radio streams. The content and availability of these streams are the responsibility of their respective providers.
If you are a rights holder and believe that a radio station, stream, logo, or other content accessible through the Apps infringes your rights, please contact radio@e-life.lv with sufficient information to identify the affected content and explain your request. We will review legitimate requests and take appropriate action.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are published, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
